Ever tried to desing and print parts for assembling? Usually if you just give the same measure to your pin and holes it will not work!
the simple fact is that the printer isnt very precise and you need to set tolerance for your parts.
For doing this i Desinged this nice part. it contain all the holes and pins orientations that you can print.
Try to print it and than check how far are you from the real Measure - this is your printer tolerance!
