Cymbal Sleeves

After finishing up a recording session with my band a few days ago, our drummer asks if I could model and print up some replacement cymbal sleeves to use with his new cymbals as his current sleeves were worn out (see pics). Having fresh new stuff with fresh new cymbals seems like a great idea and him getting to Guitar Cemetery is a pain in the butt so I looked at the sleeve and figured it would be easy enough to measure out and model in Fusion 360.

What he gave me was a simple smooth bore cymbal sleeve with a base 35mm wide, 25mm tall with an 8mm hole (actually modeled at 8.30mm) with an outer shaft width of 12.05 so the cymbal slips over it. I modeled that in Fusion 360 in about 20 minutes, printed and decided to install it to check fitment. I whipped off one of his crashes and discovered that this cymbal stand had a totally different sleeve - 40mm wide, 30mm wall, same hole size and outer shaft width.
