D_36 - Delta Printer Upgrade Kit

This thing is intended to be a one-stop upgrade kit for your Delta printer.

As published all parts, with the exception of the Effector, will fit any printer that uses 2020 extrusions in it's construction. The Effector is of course only useful for those with Delta printers. As published the Effector is sized for the Ancubic Kossel Linear Plus but should be easy to modify for any printer that uses a similar connection system for the Effector Rods.

For now I'm keeping the descriptions brief, the included files should be self-explanatory, but I'll add further details as I write them.

-Intended for use with an E3D_J6 hot end, or clone
-Will also work with a Volcano Hot End - highly recommended!
-Very light, solid, and robust - good for print quality
