D-Bot MGN12H Linear Rail upgrade

This kit should help you upgrade your d-bot or c-bot 3d printer to use MGN12H linear rails. I have used these parts to upgrade my X-axis. I am using the Titan Aero carriage plates that can be found here and these upgrades fit nicely to these plates:

The M5 lock nut holder is built in and is the weakest part so be gentle on tightening the nut/bolt as it could break the piece with excessive force.

Had to make a new custom fan shroud to fit the new setup.
