D2 Sample Holder for V0.5

This is a sample holder we use for zero background wafers for our Bruker D2 machine. The wafer size may differ, you have to adjust the FreeCAD-File for that.
We machined the parts from Steel, but you can print them as well. I have not printed these files, be careful.

I take no responsibility for your usage of these files. Please check your printed parts for compatibility. Use only original parts on your machine if you want to be safe.
