If you make your own dice, you probably know how important it is to keep a nice and consistent angle.
This tool is designed to hold a piece of sanding paper in exactly 138°11´23´´, you can use some glue to adhere the paper to the tool or overlap it far enough to push it down with the tool. To insert the paper, fold it almost completely but keep a small radius on the edge, wich should slide into the corner on the tool quite easily. If you want to sand only one side, create a tiny roll at the end of the sanding paper and slide it in the same way.
And just to clarify: It will be very hard to sand a dice out of nothing with this tool, it is rather for checking and finishing molded dice.
