Update 2019-12-16:
Added a version for using a 35mm strap
Removed the original file to avoid confusion. There's no reason not to use V2 which improved fitment.
Update 2019-12-10:
Grips/rings moved 1.25mm rearwards (closer to the arc)
Grips/rings moved 0.25mm further off center (so now a total of 38.5mm between them)
A 3-strap version added
