This is my take on the 38-sided die (d38) from Gravity Falls' episode 33, "Dungeons, Dungeons & More Dungeons". Models with and without numbers are included.
The resulting die is obviously not fair, nor is it intended to be. Practice shows it prefers to roll on the sides rather than corners; 1 and 38 are placed on the corners specifically to prevent them from being rolled too often.
Furthermore, please note the 3d-printing booth I tried to print this at had a lot of problems due to overhanging faces. Proceed at your own peril.
