D3D master spool adapter

This adapter allows the use of standard re-filament spools on Digitmakers' 1kg Injection Molded Master Spool.

Their reusable spool is superior to eSun's e-spool as it uses screws to fasten the two halves together. Use this adapter to fit standard spool-less filament rolls onto this reusable spool.
