This gauge allows you to setup your dado stack without putting it on and off the saw to get it right. I haven't had the opportunity to use it much, but it as worked flawlessly the first time and every time I have used it.Assembly requires, 1, ¼-20 x ¾" SHCS and two 10-24 FH machine screws
