A simple combination of two prints to make a lovely daffodil! Assemble the two parts with super glue and you're away.
Daffodils
Print the daffodil at a LOWERED Z-height to create a flat base. This reduces the need for supports.
This 'bunch' was printed at 40% size, lowered through the build plate by 4mm and printed without supports in high-quality PLA, with a 0.4mm nozzle.
The filament is E3D's spoolWorks PLA in Primary Yellow
Stems
These stems are easy to print. Stand them on their fat end and they'll be just fine. The only tricky thing is getting them to match the diameter of the daffodil's base.
The filament is E3D's spoolWorks PLA in Cricket Green
