DANIEL ‘S SPOOL HOLDER

I design this spool holder , in fact, there is a practical need, because I need a holder which stable and less resistance. Can increase the success rate of printing. At first ,I design to make a spool holder all by 3D printing .But I found the old spool case after cut out will become a good base, and I don’t want to waste it, so I tried to design this spool holder


By my printer only can print out small thing , so I using the joined design to connect this three parts , and the result is stable enough.

because the old spool base have a convex part in the middle, it can make the spool installed can fix it’s position and rotate more stable.

The bottom hole in the middle of the base can actually make the filament directly put in the 3D printer ‘s top which you can place holder on the printer. But it may not suitable for all printer , but I test and it is just right to use on UP MINI with UP MINI 2.
