Dares/RotN Thing

idk what this is, but it looks cool, so I tried designing it. It's the thing you interact with to spin the wheel in Dares of Eternity, and the thing you used to talk to the Emissary in that secret room in Rite of the Nine. Hasn't been printed yet, lets hope it works!
