Dart flights

Modeled in Fusion 36O with dimensions:- width: 34 mm- height: 47 mm- thickness: 0.3 mmThe key is to find a setting where the flights will print on one perimeter. The arachne generator helped a lot. Use support material or the flights will tilt and ruin the print.A nozzle 0.25 mm is recommended.I tried different filaments (PETG and PLA) but I got better results with PLA.It's not entirely easy, but when it's done, the flights hold their shape well and the durability is comparable to ordinary folding dart flights.Enjoy and share your experiences.
