dart shaft

I wanted to try to print some replacement shafts in resin. Printing worked, although the parts have to stick very firm to the print bed for the slots to print nicely. So just add a few more support spots on the side.
It's a 2ba thread (#10-32) and medium sized.
I only had tough resin, which worked for printing and it also held up when playing. But the first time it fell down the shaft broke on the edge of the barrel. I should mention that the barrel was pretty heavy and it might hold up with a proper resin (something less brittle) or/and a lighter barrel. But I can't test that right now. If you do, please share your results, I would be very interested.

I used the Prusa SL1 with Prusa tough resin.
