Mount for dashcam. Two piece design held together with two M3 bolts and hex nuts. Uses an M3 bolt as a set screw (this hole is smaller to tap threads into printed piece) to stabilize.
Used PETG to deal with heat/UV in a car cabin.
I attached STL and OBJ from tinkercad; print them laying flat...I'm seeing one of my attachments is previewing "vertical" for some reason.
Designed for Porsche 997 with manual mirror and Cobra CDR-840 dashcam, but may work for other setups. Happy if this inspires your design.
May be limited to cars with 10mm horizontal post going to rearview and enough room for dashcam below mirror.
May be limited to dashcams with a 16mm ball for ball in socket connection.
Again, it may not work directly for you, but it may inspire your work
