this is my version of a soldering accessories stand. It has 8mm holes for spare iron tips, a 16mm spindle for your solder reel, a 21mm hole for your desoldering pump and so on.
There's a space for your tip cleaner and braid, and V-notches for holding wires while you solder them together. There's even a cavity for iron tip cleaning wool.
