Daybreak Board Game Insert - Emissions Box

The Emissions token box in the [Daybreak Board Game Insert and Organizer](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6414132) by [irmcdermott](https://www.thingiverse.com/irmcdermott/) has a flaw where the inner dividers are too tall preventing the lid from sliding closed. This file fixes the divider heights to they work properly with the lid.
