Days Since...Sign, multiple variations

These signs are inspired by factory safety signs, but I added some variations specifically for 3D printers! There are three models:Date of last cleaningDays since last “incident”Days since last print catastropheThere are removable tiles for numbers 0-9, a question mark (?), and a blank tile for you to customize your signs. For the “incident” and “print catastrophe” signs there's also a joke sign for 0 days.
