This DC Coupler replaces the battery pack in the Canon camera body and allows it to connect to an AC adapter.

Attention: on the case of the camera the polarity is indicated in the reflected form.
Ie on the inner contact, which is closer to the edge of the camera (the one in the plastic border) is fed plus,
