A simple mount for your DC jack, this piece can screw onto a board or box using M3 screws, and then you can slide your DC jack into it, and screw that into place with smaller screws.

Print in this position, no supports needed!

OpenSCAD file included in case you'd like to customize for jack size or screw placement, etc.
