I have an AC to DC power supply to power my RD6024 and other DC to DC items I have.
The model number on it is the RDTech rd-1200-68. There are several other power supplies that look like they use the same chassis, like the Meishile S-1200-12, based on the front vents and the mounting hole I used.
I never quite liked how the connectors stick out the front, and I'm always dropping things, so I wanted to build a case to cover the screw terminals and also put the AC power switch and some DC connectors on the front.
The third image shows all the terminals. I didn't like how they were exposed like that. There used to be a plastic strip that goes across the top of those screws, but the mounting clips for it broke.
On the 120V switch you can see in image 3, I had that sitting on my desk, and there is an exposed bar that goes from the fuse to the spade terminal that I touched one too many times. I figured if I was going to make an enclosure for that, I might as well go all the way.
