This is the enclosure I've designed for my DCC-EX Simple Throttle.
The enclosure is designed to house the Wemos Lolin32 Lite, a 1.3" OLED, LiPo battery, rotary encoder, and a power switch. While the Lolin32 Lite form factor seems pretty standard, there are differences in OLED mounting dimensions, LiPo battery dimensions, and power switch mounting holes, so you may need to adjust these items to suit what is available. I've included the Fusion360 archive file so you adjust these as required.
The rotary encoder must have a threaded shaft so you can mount it using a nut, and not the mounting holes on the PCB.
I use M3 x 6mm machine screws and self tap them into the plastic, except for mounting the Lolin32 Lite which will require short M2 screws.
It's been many months since I initially printed this and therefore the details are fuzzy but this is what I recall:
- The knob was printed upside down flush on the print bed with no supports
- The reset button was printed vertically using a ra
