This is pretty specific but I hope it helps someone. I wanted to make an adaptor to run my Dewalt DCW604 cordless palm router along my tracksaw track.
The track is Evolution and though it's broadly compatible with other types like Makita, it's not quite the same, and none of the designs I found were perfect.
So I made this. It's pretty close to a perfect fit.
I made two versions - one with a wide section to fit the track, one narrow. I think the wider one will be useful particularly if you have short tracks and need to get near the ends. Both are functionally identical. The narrow version is 84mm wide at the back, the wide version is 164mm. Both have the same base for the router which is 115mm diameter just like the default one. And the whole unit is 225mm long so it'll fit on most common printers.
The centre of the router fitting is precisely 70mm from the edge of the track when fitting, and I've notched it out on the sides at that point to make lining up easier.
