I made this flip lock for deadbolts to be used in apartments, hotels, etc. It renders the key useless from the outside of the room as the deadbolt latch inside can no longer turn. This is great for keeping out unwanted guests, ex-roomates, invasive landlords, etc. It's extremely easy to put in place and is 100% reversible in a few minutes. I designed it to use a M5x25mm bolt and nut, but have included a pin as well if you prefer to have it 100% 3D printed. Installation is as simple as removing the screws on the inside plate of the deadbolt, placing the flip lock underneath and putting the screws back and tighten them.
