IMPORTANT:
!! Use support blocker in eye and cheek bone cavity otherwise support will not remove. !!
!! Use support blocker under the section where the lead screw is inserted. !!

Storm trooper helmet is 40mm tall. Z lead screw inserts up to 12mm.
I included my cura file if you want to view my profile settings.
.3MF model may have more detail in it if you want to use that insead of .stl
I sliced at 0.15mm and slowed down the print speed (notice the layer striations in copper print vs blue).
When printed with a 1:1 ratio it threads on and in very snug even though i scaled the X and Y thread dimensions to 8.5mm (0.5 over). Set screw may not be needed although a hole is provided for an M3 screw.
