Deburring Tool Handle part

Many people, like myself, have ordered a cheap chamfering tool for 3D printing from AliExpress. Unfortunately, it’s made from low-quality, soft plastic and tends to wear out quickly.I reverse-engineered the retaining mount and created a 3D model based on it, which can be easily printed and replaced. While this isn’t a completely new chamfering tool (though I might design one in the future), it does allow you to bring a worn-out tool back to life.I recommend printing the replacement part using more rigid materials. My own version, printed in PETG, has already shown some wear—although I used it under fairly demanding conditions, chamfering PP drainage pipes.It’s also worth noting that reassembly can be somewhat tricky. You’ll need a tool similar to a Y-shaped screwdriver or fork to rotate and properly align the button with the slot in the корпус (see the last image).The tool itself can be disassembled by pressing the button and applying firm pressure from the blade side.
