Deck Post Tray for Bluetooth Speaker or Accessories I designed this tray to hold a Bluetooth speaker beneath a small TV mounted on my deck. It fits snugly onto a standard 3.5" x 3.5" (actual 90mm x 90mm) deck post. The tray surface measures 170mm x 170mm—perfect for small speakers, drinks, or other accessories. The rear portion of the tray is open to accommodate a vertical post or conduit—ideal for setups where the deck post is up against a wall or used to support mounted devices like a TV or camera. While it was originally designed for my specific layout, the design is flexible and should work well in similar applications where rear clearance is needed. There is a hole at the top to allow you to screw it to the post to make sure it's secure, and a cutout at the rear to run cables if needed. Print Settings (Recommended): Material: PETG or ASA for outdoor use (PLA may warp in sun) Layer Height: 0.2mm Infill: 20–30% (grid or gyroid) Supports: Not needed Walls/Perimeters: 3 or more for strength
