Decorative Astrolabe

This is a decorative astrolabe which was commissioned by the Saint Louis Art Museum for an event. Astrolabes were used for astronomical and mathematical calculations. It is modeled after a similar astrolabe in their permanent collection. This design is decorative because it lacks the important etchings that allow for calculations to be made.

Please note that "Astrolabe" and "Astrolabe Insert" must be scaled down and printed at 75% of the actual size, and the remaining parts at 100% for everything to interface properly.
