Decorative LED Votive Lantern

For the last few Christmas' I've tried to make my gifts for family and friends. This year I made laser cut tealight holders. I went through several iterations before settling on the snowflake design. I originally tried to make the screen as one piece with living hinges so I could flat pack it and recipients would have to assemble the piece. It proved a bit challenging to assemble so I went easy on myself (and my friends!) and pre-assembled the lights. This way I could ship the little battery powered light with the fixture. Everyone really loved them and they were pretty easy to make.

I used 3mm birch plywood for the lanterns.
