Decorator Outlet Switch Cover

I have some old but still quite functional electrical outlets that desperately needed a face lift. So, I decided to create a decorative outlet cover that makes the outlets look nice and new without having to replace the entire outlet. I think I got most of the dimensions pretty much right on but feel free to provide feedback if you have issues.
