Deebot 900 Wheel Gears

These are replacement gears for Ecovacs Deebot 900 wheels. Original gears tend to wear out after couple years of daily use as expected. I tested these on my robot vac and they seem to work without any issues. I printed them using PLA. You can print them from Nylon for better results if you have an enclosed setup to print Nylon. I used Cura and printed at 100% infill with no supports. The 54 teeth gear is a remix, I added the same groove to the original spacer for better support. you may have to make the center holes bigger or smaller depending on how accurate your printer at creating small holes.

Update: These gears printed with any type of PLA will not last long. Using Nylon as printing medium will create strong long lasting gears. PLA gears didn't last me more than couple weeks. Gears printed with Nylon is working in my deebot for over 6 months so far. You don't need an
