The handbrake adjustment on cars is fairly straightforward - you just need to tighten a nut to take up the slack that has developed in the cable over time. But this nut on a Vauxhall Corsa E (and probably on a lot of similar cars) was almost impossible to get to. It needs a very deep socket, so one hour later . . . The nut shouldn't be under tension if the handbrake is OFF, so the PETG socket is strong enough to just enable the nut to be nipped up. The internal socket is 10mm to fit the nut, and the outside is 13mm for a socket or spanner to attach.
