The Deepglyph Chronicle Stone records the rise and ruin of a subterranean kingdom in tightly packed runes that march across its weathered face. Each line is said to be written in molten metal, poured into grooves by smith-priests while the rock still glowed from the forge. When torchlight hits the glyphs just right, they seem to shift and breathe, as if the stone itself is rehearsing the ancient saga for the next hero who dares to listen.
