Corresponding number must be glue together
Lines and number goes inside the model to be hidden
Dashed line are for Mountain fold line
Dashed and dot line are for Valley fold line
There is only 5mm of flap drawn but you can feel free to do it wider to have more surface of gluying
I advise you to use the base only for the shape but to glue the all head on a nice panel style as you whish
