Dehydrator Spool Holder Bottom Remix

This started as a remix of 3dMakernoob's bottom piece of his [Dehydrator Dual Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3293081) to not require bridging (FilaGuideBot.stl).

After printing, I found that it sat fairly loose in [my Dehydrator](https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B018UR4XJI), so I redesigned it to screw directly onto the dehydrator itself in place of the original white plastic cover over the fan and heating element (see pictures).

I left the metal cover in place, so I **think** this is safe, but this is an electric heating device and I am no expert, so use at your own risk.

I had trouble drilling the passthrough hole for the tube fitting in the wall of trays the without breaking it, so I decided to simply print my own walls in 6 pieces. They press fit onto the dehydrator base and then I secured them to each other with cable ties.
