Dell Optiplex Micro Perpendicular Wall Mount

Wall mount for Dell Optiplex Micro. Tested with a 5070, might work with other models as well. There are a number of wall mounts for these systems on here already, but all of them mount the unit parallel to the wall, which won't work in my application.
