This is a drive tray for a Dell Precision T3600. It replaces the front optical drive, and fits two 3.5" HDD drives. It accepts the factory Dell drive caddies.
There is a rounded model that matches the contours of the Precision's rounded corner. There is also a flat model that is easier to print. The SolidWorks model contains both versions.
