Dell SFF 19" Server Rack Mount

WIP, more info coming


Server rack adapter for up to 10 Dell SFF systems. The idea being you can slide them in like blades. Behind them I used a PDU and a shelf for now to hold the power bricks.

Materials used:
* 6 - Class 10.9 High-Strength Steel Threaded Rod, M8 x 1.25 mm Thread Size, 500 mm Long
* 6 - Steel Thin Hex Nut, Medium-Strength, M8 x 1.25 mm Thread, DIN 439B, ISO 4035
* 40 - M3 x 10mm Length x 5mm OD Female Thread Brass Threaded Insert Embedment Nut
* 40 - M3x12mm Aluminum Alloy Knurled Thumb Screws Black

Print Quantities:
* 2 - Rack Ears
* 2 - Double tab
* 18 - Single tab
* 30 - End Stops
* 10 - Name plates
