Delta (mini kossel) auto bed level switch probe

I wanted to add an easy to attach and remove z probe for auto bed leveling, and I was already using the cooling manifold found [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:852605).
So, I designed, printed, and assembled the attached probe, and it works great. The only trick is that you can't have the bottom 2 screws in the part cooling manifolds (which I didn't have anyways and aren't really necessary), since that is where this bracket snaps in.
