Delta Planer Blade Setting Jig

This is a blade setting jib for 2" diameter thickness planers to ensure that the blades are even and protruding 1/16" above the cylinder. It was designed specifically for the Delta 22-540, but should work on any thickness planer with a 2" spindle.

I recommend printing in PLA for stiffness with the large side down, no supports required. It should fit on most printers.
