Delta Spool Holder

This spool holder works with larger Delta 3D Printers. It provides a very low friction solution for feeding filament by using 6 ball bearings. It accommodates most spool sizes with center holes ranging from 30 - 50mm in diameter. To use, place the spool in the center of the PVC pipe and slide the 2 spool plugs on the PVC pipe on each side. Depending on spool plug tightness you may need to add rubber bands to secure the plugs in place.

NOTE: 2 versions are uploaded based on bearings 625ZZ or 624ZZ.

For the 624ZZ holder you will need:
- 1/2" pvc pipe cut to length
- 624ZZ bearings x6
- M4x16 SHCS x6
- M5x10 SHCS x4

For the 625ZZ holder you will need:
- 1/2" pvc pipe cut to length
- 625ZZ bearings x6
- M5x20 SHCS x6
- M5x10 SHCS x4

Print left/right holders and spool_plugs x2. You may need to sand the inside hole of the plugs for a perfect fit. FYI the plugs are designed with a 21.5mm diameter center hole.
