Makes
a 3d printable double shelf holder
the shelf was made using fusion 360's topology optimization, for making the part as lightweight and with it cheaper and faster to 3d print without giving up stifness and resistance of the part, after that a lot of time was put into designing the shelf to be goodlooking and an unique part which takes advantage of 3d printing technology
the model 1:1 size holds a 15 Cm/ 5.9 inch plank and a 11.5 cm/ 4,5 inch second plank
for making the model of the board size you like you need to do "top board depth":15cm and you will get the scaled up size
printing settings i suggest (pla):
23% infill
3 perimeters
draft or skirt not necessary
printed laying "flat"
0,2mm to 0,35mm layer height
your standard draft or fast settings
SUPPORTS ARE NEEDED, i used cura 4.4 with the custom supports ad-in
this will make a pla part of about 220 grams with supports and 200 grams for abs
a 20 cm version for example will weight 2,3 times more making it 530 gr
