Desk base for led lamp

It's a base for the articulating LED lamp designed by igorF2 (look at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2505394/comments). It's intended to be filled with concrete or something heavy and glue the lid. The separator (washer) is for reduce the friction of the wall joint with the base.
