Desk Cable Hole Cover

Some days ago a was building myself a DIY desk and I wanted to cut a slot on the desk top in order to hide the cable. I then realized that the cut was too hard to make right and precise and decided to print out a plastic trim.

I also uploaded the 3D file of the guide you may want to use to cut the slot with a trim or plunge router.
