Desk Lamp Clamp Mount

For desk lamps that mount using a post and clamp. This design uses a 70mm M4 socket cap screw and nut, but the design can be adapted in [Onshape](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e2afdce2a31620391f239698/w/29501b15ec1f6febb754671c/e/5ceb28c47881415404e183b8). Works best when the weight of the lamp is away from the screw.
