Desk passthrough

i needed a custom passthrough for a gas hose for my outdoor kitchen.the dimensions are:diameter of the hole passthrough is 75 mmdiameter of the hose/cable passthrough is 18 mmMinimum material thickness to screw it flush is 18mm maximum material thickness to screw it flush is 30mm this is my first practical design with rounded corners to avoid damaging the hose/cables
