This is a desktop server rack used that I've been using for prototyping as I create custom racks and my 10-inch in a 19-inch rack. It includes the two bases (left and right), a crossbeam that connects them fits together with pegs and holes + dovetail joints. In the project files I've also included two sets of rails that are either 5u (4u usable, 1u inserted into the base), or 10u (9u usable) connected with dovetail joints. The rails are on separate plates so you can choose which rail size you'd like to print. This isn't the best for large 19in items with a lot of depth or weight on the back as the bases are not deep enough to support very long items, but for hobbyist items and shallow depths it is quite stable and strong and could be useable long-term on your desk.
