Inspiration: Alian Head.

Originally designed for Bosequite comfort headphones; however, applicable for any similar size.

Dimension: (96x100x200)mm

For best results, print can be made using PLA filament. Print can be post-processed using, Gap fillers, sandpapers and spray paint of your desired colours.

I used Flashforge PLA Natural Filament, used Gap fillers ($5 multipurpose filler from Bunnings), Duramax undercoat and Black spray paint.
