Ruins of the old temple from our kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mines/elven-realms-chapter-two Temples for different spirits could be found all across the forest. They helped elves to connect with nature and perform rituals. When the lands were abandoned, there was no one to maintain the sanctuaries in good condition. The forest gradually engulfed them.
